Our client, a small and entrepreneurial construction company based in the Fraser Valley , is currently searching for a Quality Supervisor to work with their fantastic team and assist in managing their residential construction sites from the framing stages onwards. Working closely with the Construction Manager, the Quality Supervisor will liaise with contractors and project managers to ensure all processes are running efficiently and interior finishing is being completed to a high standard of excellence. The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional, hardworking individual with a good sense of humour who works well under pressure and thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

  • What the Quality Supervisor does:
  • Coordinates the roles of various trades and ensures all construction processes are running efficiently
  • Motivates team members and ensures every contractor is producing quality results
  • Coordinates and orders all building materials
  • Liaises with the Project Manager to ensure projects are kept on time and within budget, without compromising on quality
  • Mentors, trains and leads team members, helping them to uphold performance and quality standards
  • Oversees the safety and smooth operation of the construction site.

  • What you will bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the residential construction industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate various vendors and subcontractors
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a positive, “ can-do” attitude
