Take charge of key elements of the ApplyBoard’s website ( www.applyboard.com ) including landing page creation, Wordpress maintenance and optimization
Ownership of ApplyBoard Blog development ( www.applyboard.com/blog ) including onboarding users, page maintenance, updates, and template development
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams on the creation of content, graphics, and landing pages to drive successful campaigns
Set up and maintain workflows to maximize qualified lead generation and conversion
Analyze and report on digital marketing initiatives, providing timely updates and recommendations to senior management
Support digital initiatives including SEO & site optimization
Other tasks as assigned

A college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business, web development, or a related field
3-4 years of experience spanning digital marketing at a start-up or fast-paced technology company
Marketers with strong technical experience, or front-end web developers with digital marketing experience are preferred
Website development experience - demonstrated work with HTML and CSS is mandatory
Experience using digital tools: Wordpress, Google Analytics; HubSpot is a plus
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members
Strong project management background with ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines

You have experience creating and maintaining websites, personally or professionally and taking steps to ensure it ranks high on Google search results
