Job Description

The Event Coordinator will have the responsibility of managing all events for the organization. The Event Coordinator oversees all aspects of event sales and management, including internal and external events.


  • Plan and execute the event based projected sales.

  • Running it as you own it by enthusiastically communicating with all guests via face to face.

  • Builds and maintains customers relationships.

  • Monitor the entire event proceedings.

  • Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event.

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans.

  • Developing and growing as an Event professional by attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings and by sharing strategic ideas to enhance the business.

  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.


  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.

  • Previous experience of Media reporting is an asset.

  • Creative and innovative thinking .

  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Self-motivated and focused goal-oriented individual.

  • Fun and outgoing personality.

  • Desire to learn and willingness to remain teachable.
