The successful Senior Construction Manager will be the key position in construction projects – they are the primary client and consultant contact. The Senior Construction Manager’s responsibility is to maintain long-term relationships with clients, and consistently add value. As this position is client-facing, the successful leader will be expected to have high communication with respect to updates and progress, as well as mediation. The Senior Construction Manager is also the leader of a larger supervisor team. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing multiple construction projects, confirming and monitoring construction schedules, coordinating project meetings, initiating and monitoring CO’s, and holding themselves accountable to ensure all agreements are fulfilled.
