Inventory Manager - 5* Cruise Line

Inventory Manager required:
5 * Cruise Line
Department Head Position over looking all Hotel Stores and Inventories.

• Contract – 4 - 6 months on, 2 off
• Single Cabin
• Previous Cruise ship experience is essential
• Start date – ASAP

Requirements:

Qualifications needed:

- Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Inventory Manager / Hotel Controller required.
- Experience working within the Hotel Stores onboard a Cruise Ship
- Good knowledge of common inventory procedures and storage regulations for food and beverage products
- Good knowledge of USPH regulations
- Good knowledge of common food and consumable products
- Fidelio knowledge is of advantage but not essential
- Good knowledge of spread sheet calculations and all MS office applications
- Experience in leading a multinational team of store keepers and utilities
- Fluent English required.
