  • Navigate large customers in the commercial building space
  • Motivate senior business and technology leaders to act
  • Direct internal support teams in services and solutions
  • Strategy and client relationships at all levels (owners, managers, their partners)
  • Direct the internal teams (Proposals, Engineers, Project Managers, Support)
  • Lead & Manage: prospecting, facility audits, proposals, quotes, sales, delivery
  • Build long-term growth for sales of services
  • Develop and implement Account Plans for large customers
  • Meet your assigned targets for strategy, sales, pipeline, forecasting
  • Be a trusted adviser for industry trends and your product lines
  • Present papers and updates to clients and industry organizations
  • Lead by positive influence, collaboration, respect, trust and emotional intelligence
  • Push your employer to deliver for your customers and grow the business
  • ASSET: experience selling HVAC systems to large commercial clients
  • 8+ years of professional enterprise sales experience
  • 5+ years of selling facility improvements to large commercial customers
  • Navigator of customer organizations and cultivator of meaningful relationships at all levels and departments
  • Manager of sales cycles (prospecting, proposals, contracting, delivery, renewal)
  • Track record of achieving sales goals for the past 5+ years
  • Strong skills in organization, positive attitude, and flexibility
  • Travel up to 40% (Domestic, including monthly trips to Toronto HQ)
  • EITHER 5+ years related field technical or engineering experience; OR  a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • ASSET: Registered Professional Engineer OR MBA
