Build on your career experience by:
    •Coordinating the Communicable Disease Program •Providing consultation and guidance to staff and others on clinical issues and approaches •Participating with the Communicable Disease Control Team in the review and development of regional policies, procedures and protocols •Identifying training needs of nursing staff •Developing and implementing training programs; conducts training and orientation sessions
Your background includes:
    •Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP). •Three (3) years recent related public health nursing clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including a working knowledge of local and provincial Communicable Disease Regulations and relevant policies, procedures and protocols OR a combination of two years' experience as above and one year of nursing experience in a leadership role •Valid Class V B.C. Driver's licence and have access to personal vehicle for business related purposes
