Our client, a leader in the food industry is currently seeking a Operations Supervisor to join their team in the Simcoe, ON area. The ideal candidate will be will be responsible to ensure Health & Safety in the workplace, Monitor and manage all maintenance, safety and sanitation programs for compliance and frequency, Mentor, coach, and successfully lead hourly associates to improve skills and performance, plan, and execute continuous improvements activities, among others as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications :

Salary : $50,000 – $70,000 per year
