Plant Chief Engineer - Truro Ice Cream Facility

The Chief Operating Engineer’s responsibilities will include maintaining the refrigeration, boiler and other plant related equipment. This includes maintaining operating and equipment standards to meet and/or exceed the required provincial regulations, as well as maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing practices. The Chief will provide leadership, direction and guidance to the existing maintenance team. This is a hands-on role helping support our Refrigeration and 4th Class Steam plant as well as our production and warehouse related equipment. 7am-3pm or variable shifts/ 8-12 hours shifts may also be a possibility for this position for coverage
