Description:

We are looking for a maintenance electrician for an important institutional building located on the North Shore of Montreal.

Details of tasks:

• Maintain in operation and maintain the equipment, property and electrical systems of buildings;
• Identify and diagnose breakdowns, irregularities and failures, quickly apply corrective measures;
• Follow up on service requests and control the interventions carried out;
• Participate in the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan and maintenance ranges;
• Manage loads and load shedding;
• Read and interpret diagrams, circuit diagrams, code prescriptions and applicable standards;
• Locate and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems, remove and replace defective components;
• Comply with health and safety standards at work garlic.

Requirements:

• DEP electricity or DEC electromechanical or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance;
• Certificate of qualification C outside construction (compulsory);
• Knowledge of the Quebec Electrical code and applicable CSA standards;
