Description:

Intellex is building a team of experienced resources to participate in short project developments using Agile methodology on an as required basis. Typical cycles will be 2 to 6 weeks with working software delivered at the end of each cycle. Intellex is seeking multiple experienced DevOps Engineers to:

  • Deploy and configure services using infrastructure as a service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace/OpenStack)
  • Configure and manage Linux-based servers to serve a dynamic website
  • Debug cluster-based computing architectures
  • Use scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems
  • Install and manage open source monitoring tools
  • Configure management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt)
  • Create architecture for continuous integration and deployment, and continuous monitoring
  • Use containerization technologies (e.g., LXC, Docker, Rocket)

    • Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience working on multiple projects as a DevOps Specialist / engineer in an agile team environment. Projects must be supported with contactable references.
  • Experience with tools identified for this position
  • Experience working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centred design approaches
  • Must have ability to work from home with proper Internet connection (min of 300 Mbps, 600+ preferred) and have video conferencing capability
