Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Home Care Nurse in our Home Health located in Maple Rigdge, British Columbia.

This position offers you the opportunity to:

• Provide primary telephone assessment and triage for Continuing Care

• Consult with staff to determine programs and services

• Inform clients and families regarding resources available

To be the successful candidate, you will have:

• Graduated from an approved school of Nursing

• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Registered Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)

• Recent 1 year experience in a community setting/health program

• Valid CPR Level "C" certificate

• Valid BC drivers' license and access to a personal vehicle for business related purposes
