M1

The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience of Data/Modeller – level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS SA

M2

The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has one of the following

A degree from a recognized university in a related business or technology discipline;

OR

A two-year diploma from a recognized college in a related business or technology discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related business or technology discipline;

OR

A degree from a recognized university in any field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related business or technology discipline.

M3

The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten(10) experience working in the development or maintenance of cost modeling, including what if scenarios.

M4

The Bidder Must demonstrate that the proposed resource must have a valid Secret security clearance, upon bid closing Demonstrated evidence of clearance is required.

· 169+ months = 25 points

R2. The Bidder should demonstrate how the proposed resource has experience designing, developing and maintaining logical and physical data models and data dictionaries.
