  • RPM's coordinate with owners, sub-contractors and insurance adjusters after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively.The position of RPM is primarily accountable for writing accurate estimates, selling jobs, and preparing accurate budgets. They are also responsible for working with multiple departments to ensure all jobs are completed timely and on budget. This individual must contribute to creating a positive, friendly, and respectful work environment

    Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management/estimating within the property damage restoration industry
  • Ability to read and understand project specifications, drawings, and details
  • Tech savvy and able to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Adobe
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal oriented, strong values
  • Previous experience using Xactanalysis, RMS and Encircle considered an asset.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
