General profileReporting to the Senior Vice-President (SVP), Integrated Risk Management, the Lead Advisor will support the fulfillment of IRM's mandate by assisting with a variety tasks which may include involvement with some or all of the following:Responsibilities :Development and improvement of ICAAP-related methodologies and documentation; Development and documentation of the Bank's Crisis Recovery Plan;Reviewing stress-testing results and aggregating enterprise impacts related to annual financial planning and new business initiatives;Assess and communicate impacts on the Bank from regulatory changes;Preparing and presenting analysis to Risk Committees and Regulators;Assistance with the vetting of AIRB capital modelsMonitoring and reporting Market and Liquidity risks associated with the Bank's treasury activities;Support of Operational Risk Management initiatives and reporting;Updating and developing new Risk Management policies and procedures; and Manage special projects, as required.Qualifications :University Degree with more than years of relevant experience with regulations in the financial service industry Regulatory and/or Risk Management experience preferredDemonstrated project management experience Professional and collaborative approach to workSolid communication and relationship management skills Team player and proactive Ability to summarize complex information to ensure efficient communicationAbility to deal with all levels of staff within an organization, as well regulators Specific expertise in strategic, regulatory and financials risk domains including (strategic risk, regulatory strategy & compliance) Ability to work in a constantly changing environment Independence and attention to detailBilingualism (French and English) not required, but considered an assetAdditional Information :We welcome and encourage applications from individuals from all groups, including aboriginal, women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, creed, family status, national origin, age and gender.Send to a FriendApplyPrint Processing ...
