Role Overview
Reporting to the Lead Analyst, the Assessment Manager is responsible for identifying business process improvement opportunities within a client’s organization and developing an approach to tactically convince the client that Trindent is the business partner of choice when considering organizational improvements and financial benefits. Planning, executing, and closing of assigned assessments in order to be converted into revenue-generating engagements in a timely manner.
During periods without an active assessment, the Assessment Manager will be responsible for conducting engagement quality reviews and ensuring that engagement delivery and execution is best-in-class and standardized across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Supports Lead Analyst to ensure successful execution of assessment deliverables to maximize probability of conversionEnsures that each assessment is delivered on time and within its travel expenses and labour budgetDevelops and executes Assessment Study Plan with consultants on assessments Supports accuracy of any Assessment Business Case through proof of claim, Project Financial Evaluation and Baseline/Evaluation document to minimize financial risks to the firmWorks with engagement teams to identify and facilitate discussion and contracting of more work opportunities with clientsPerforms quality reviews and on-site audits for client satisfaction, effective relationship building, and to identify/assist with tactical or technical issuesTrains and offers mentorship to staff within the operations groupLearns the nuances of Trindent’s consulting approach in Oil and Gas, Financial Services and Healthcare, and researches terms and conceptual details required to give clients’ confidence in Trindent’s mastery of our product offeringsBuilds senior level relationships with clients to secure follow-on business and maintains the status of a trusted advisor to Trindent’s most senior clientsQualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred2+ years of experience in operations, business process reengineering, management consulting, or relevant experience in an operations role in one of the following sectors – healthcare, finance or energyExperience successfully managing workstreams and have solid knowledge of project management processes and methodologies and have a focus on continuous process improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleaguesKnowledge of additional languages, i.e. French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish or German is preferredClear understanding of business ethics and professionalismAbility to work in ambiguous situations, remain flexible, and to successfully adapt to a variety of working environmentsSuperior numeracy, problem solving, and relationship building skillsAbility to manage stress and high travel demands between 80-100%Trindent Consulting is committed to providing an accessible, respectful and inclusive environment for all employees and job applicants.
