Job Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager- Industrial for Northern Saskatchewan. The Territory Manager - Industrial will establish Brandt as a preferred partner in the Saskatchewan Mining, Oil and Gas, Agricultural, Food Processing, Infrastructure and Heavy Industrial sectors. They will develop and implement the strategy to deliver custom designed and manufactured equipment, repair services, engineering consulting and turnkey solutions with in the Northern Saskatchewan Territory.

Required Skills
  • Responsible for all customer relationships and business development within the assigned territory.
  • To expand Brandt’s project offering for Industrial customers, focused on fabrication, repair projects as well as turnkey equipment.
  • To identify multiple opportunities with each customer offering innovative solutions aligned with Brandt’s broad service offering.
  • To develop marketing and promotion strategy for the territory.
  • To create account plans targeting each customer within the territory.
  • To create new long term customer partnerships within the territory.
  • To prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow up, and prospects reports as required.
  • To identify and resolve customer concerns with the support of the customer service team.
  • To call on potential customers, at all levels, throughout the territory focusing for custom designed and manufactured equipment, repair services, engineering consulting and turnkey solutions.
  • To work with the team at Brandt Industries Canada to help scope, quote, manage, deliver and commission all projects within the territory.
  • To lead the review of all Tenders, Prequalification Requests, Request for Proposals, Sales Agreements, etc. in conjunction with the support team at Brandt Industries Canada.
  • To work with the team at Brandt Industries Canada to create customer facing sales documents such proposals, presentations, brochure etc.
  • To study the competitors in order to better understand their weaknesses, shop capacities, deliveries, capabilities, etc.
  • To represent Brandt at industry trade shows, conventions and events.

  • Industrial knowledge is considered an asset
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Travel Required 50%
