Senior Analyst, Final Mile (BB-977BB)

Peloton Canada is seeking a motivated Analyst for its Final Mile team located in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be an integral part of achieving the Final Mile Fulfillment team’s goal of perfect customer satisfaction through “Proper Peloton Delivery”. 

In this role, the successful candidate will interface with our various 3rd Party Logistics providers to ensure all our members have a seamless white glove delivery experience from start to finish. Expectations are that the candidate will play a key role in delivery issue diagnosis and resolution, analysis and compilation of post-delivery customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) results as well as driving continuous improvement across our various service providers and sustained process improvements working in tandem with our asset-based delivery network “Field Operations”.


  • Full responsibility for analysis on 3PL service provider’s performance and adherence to performance improvement plans both externally and internally working in tandem with the US based Last Mile Fulfillment team
  • Identify gaps & opportunities for improving our overall final-mile delivery process
  • Monthly Inventory variance analysis across Distribution Centers and data reconciliation supporting inventory team at HQ
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to monitor stock levels and inventory issues (if/when they occur) to root cause discrepancies with our warehousing locations
  • Improve cross-functional communication with our 3PLs to support our continued business growth
  • Occasionally support in resolving escalated inbound ticket and other troubleshooting issues
  • Assist Manager – Final Mile in data analysis projects and initiatives support our overall network growth strategy

  • 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics, E-commerce or white glove delivery experience preferred
  • Additional Supply Chain certification/Degree an asset
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis always on superior customer satisfaction
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel required 
  • Strong analytical skills with problem solving attitude

  • Self-motivated, ability to transition between working autonomously and collaboratively
