altis Recruitment is seeking 5 Vaccination Schedulers to start immediately with our client in the Health Care sector. The ideal candidate has superior customer service skills and is able to problem solve in a fast pace environment. This position will require you to work on-site at our client's location. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule psw's and nurses at various locations
  • Provide data entry support as required
  • Work on the phone, connecting with many people throughout the day


    • Qualifications and Experience
    Must have:

  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Superior problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Nice to have:

  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience in scheduling or medical industry considered an asset
