Description:

Our client within the residential construction sector is seeking an excellent Site Superintendent to join their growing team. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience working within mid-rise mixed-use projects and can demonstrate a strong record of completing full cycle residential construction projects. Must also be proficient in the MS Office Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervising the construction project and all the operations on the site

Provide high quality work in a timely manner, while managing and exceeding client expectations

Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing

Perform quality control inspections - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards

Ensuring that the budget is followed and creating, monitoring, and updating project schedules

General inspection of the trades and contractors and their performance and safety

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

Tech-savvy individual would be an ideal fit

Must have:

Experience with mid-rise and mixed-use residential/ commercial projects - ideally 8 years

Minimum of 10 years of experience as Site Super
