Go to Market team dedicated to specialized in Sales and Deployments (Rapid) on Public Cloud Solutions for Dormant Accounts and Net New Names. This team will focus on supporting the SAE’s with specific needs (MBO driven) and will have a Quota associated to the # of customers in alignment with the License customer allocation. The initial areas of focus will be Ariba, SuccessFactors, S4HANA Cloud Edition and IBSO ( CX, SCP and Analytics).


We are looking for a combined Sales and Deployment expert in the HR Cloud Solutions ( SucessFactos ) to drive adoption and deployment strategies for our Net New Names and Dormant Accounts. The objective is to prepare Services Plans aligned with a Sales strategy for Services to rapid deployment in the Cloud with full alignment with the our Licenses and Channels.

Key Activities:

  • Responsible for Executing and driving growth within a designated Territory or Accounts assigned to members of his/her team.
  • Achieving or exceeding targets (order entry, revenue, and profitability).
  • Be a Trusted Advisor and "Talk Business".
  • Deliver the Promise to our accounts. On Time, On Budget and ultimately Quality.
  • Work very closely with the SAP Ecosystem and Partners. Business Plans and Alignment Business Growth are essential.
  • Deal with LOB, Executive Level stakeholders/buying centers internally and externally
  • Establish and maintain powerful long-term relationships in Net New Accounts.
  • Facilitate alignment between services and license for effective Account Planning and Strategy
  • Lead the sale of the complete portfolio and/or specific specialized portfolio areas (eg. CD, P&E, BA, etc.)
  • P/L responsibility for all consulting projects in the relevant customers (for those regions where this is applicable)
  • Drive the sale of Profitable projects
  • Sponsorship of projects
  • Effective management of the relevant partners
  • Drive Pipeline
  • Demand Generation
  • Experience and Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development activities including generation and management of opportunities, bids, deal closure and relationship management.
  • SAP product and prior enterprise business application software or implementation experience is preferred.
  • Prior sales experience desired. Demonstrated achievement of success.
  • Ability to project a professional presence while preparing and conducting presentations to customers during all phases of the relationship
  • Possess understanding of key negotiation terms and conditions and general understanding of contractual structures for complex consulting engagements.
  • Ability to adapt and function effectively and independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong Business Acumen with the ability to demonstrate to our customers how our services will generate significant value and return on investment.
