Looking for a hands-on Home Renovation Technician to lead a small team and perform various carpentry, drywall, door and window installation, and structural wood framing activities.


The Ideal Candidate must:



  • Have demonstrated experience with a wide variety of residential projects

  • Be able to work independently and/or supervise and direct small crews

  • Be committed and punctual

  • Understand that the customers’ needs must be considered first

  • Be able to take direction from owner

  • Be detail-orientated, organized, tidy, and dedicated to a quality product

  • Be familiar with, and able to read/interpret building plans

  • Be familiar with local building code standards and practices


    • Responsibilities include:



  • Ability to safely demolish existing walls and surfaces

  • Laying out and framing new walls

  • Window and door installation

  • Drywall repair and installation

  • Flooring installation

  • Completion of required and relevant documentation

  • Supervise one or two laborers

  • Oversee subtrades on jobsite

  • Other duties as assigned

We work on a range of projects from full ground-up builds, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, wall removal, basement finishes, full home additions, cottage construction, etc. Our primary focus is working with wood frame construction.
