JOB SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator is responsible for taking an order from PO to Delivery. To this end the Project Coordinator performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to coordinating with suppliers, communicating the progress of the project, entering orders, follow up on orders, purchasing materials, finalizing quotes and invoicing.The Project Coordinator handles multiple projects coming from multiple Project Managers, in a fast paced environment and is open to constant challenge and change. The Project Coordinator will develop and maintain positive working relationships with all contacts inside and outsideESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:¿ Ensures Quality Procedures are followed.¿ Constantly monitors and reports on the progress of a project to all stakeholders.¿ Intimately understands the requirements of the project.¿ Efficiently and competently manage problems – when things go off plan the Project Coordinator will bring them back on plan or will create a new plan with the assistance of key stakeholders.¿ Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered.¿ Attend meetings with clients.¿ Communicate customer expectations with manufacturing¿ Maintains and manages customer inventory, alerting customer of low levels and monitoring old inventory if required.¿ Processes all orders and follows through.¿ Coordinates the purchasing of any tooling required to manufacture , by ordering from the Prepress department.¿ Coordinates the purchasing of any products not manufactured , through Logistics Coordinator.¿ Coordinates the purchasing of stock components from the co packing operation.¿ Orders and follows through orders for all non corrugated parts.ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:¿ University or College Diploma or 3 years experience in same fieldREQUIRED SKILLS:¿ Nimble¿ Microsoft Software¿ Visual¿ Purchasing ¿ Relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal.¿ Organizational and time management.WORKING CONDITIONS:¿ Office environment, photocopiers, printers, etc.¿ Minimal travel to visit customers and between locations.Please apply only if you meet the above minimum requirements, and can work the shifts mentioned on a consistent weekly basis please send resume in confidence along with salary expectations to sausiello@flworkforce.com Due to the high volume of applicants, only those candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.We respect your right to privacy.
