Job Description:


  • Utilize Best-In-Class business development strategies to prospect for new clientele within the B2B, CPG & Industrial markets, learn their verticals, secure them as clients and support their various hiring needs.
  • Strengthen our existing relationships with PIVOTAL clients and expand our level of support for their various & diverse hiring processes.
  • Attend client meetings, tradeshows and relevant networking events when required
  • Prepare client proposals, service presentations & fee agreements for new & existing customers
  • Engage, connect-with and interview suitable candidate profiles that align with our clients’ employment requirements
  • Manage the interview process, negotiate job offers and repeat the process!
  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hunting sales experience in B2B, CPG or Industrial markets with quota attainments & over-achievement
  • Entrepreneurial spirit & competitive attitude
  • Solid work ethic & organization combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
