Responsibilities: Utilize Best-In-Class business development strategies to prospect for new clientele within the B2B, CPG & Industrial markets, learn their verticals, secure them as clients and support their various hiring needs. Strengthen our existing relationships with PIVOTAL clients and expand our level of support for their various & diverse hiring processes. Attend client meetings, tradeshows and relevant networking events when required Prepare client proposals, service presentations & fee agreements for new & existing customers Engage, connect-with and interview suitable candidate profiles that align with our clients’ employment requirements Manage the interview process, negotiate job offers and repeat the process!
Requirements: 2+ years of hunting sales experience in B2B, CPG or Industrial markets with quota attainments & over-achievement Entrepreneurial spirit & competitive attitude Solid work ethic & organization combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
