Chief Financial Officer
Reporting to, and working closely with the President & CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be a crucial member of the corporate executive team and a key advisor to the Board. The CFO will drive organizational effectiveness and profitability as a leader of high performance financial and information technology teams of over 100 people. In addition to leading high performing accounting, reporting, audit and treasury teams, the CFO will also play a lead role on acquisitions, major capital investments, and potential partnerships and work with key stakeholders including the Board, industry partners, bankers, and lenders. Ultimately, the CFO will provide excellent guidance, counsel, analysis, and recommendations on a broad range of business, financial, technology, strategic and operational issues. This role has come available due to an impending retirement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced CFO or VP/SVP Finance in a large public or private industrial or capital-intensive business. They will bring an impeccable reputation for integrity and ethics, and be known as an empowering, collaborative leader who builds capacity in their teams. They will have a track record of providing sound strategic, financial leadership and counsel, and of building financial resources and infrastructure within an organization. Direct experience with M&A, treasury, technology, Board governance and exposure to private enterprises would be ideal.
