Your responsibilities

  • Get products from the tables in the production area and deliver them to the shipping department
  • Bring the required materials to the production tables according to the schedule
  • Perform transactions and communications using the computer, and on other various systems
  • Complete documents, way-bills and forms required by the task
  • Identify non-conformances and respect quality processes
  • Conduct audits of material picked before shipping
  • Use the various handling equipment, such as an electric or manual pallet jigger, tugger, etc. and perform the daily inspection
  • Perform any other related task of the position and, according to organizational needs, perform various production tasks and/or flexibility and openness to learn and perform forklift duties (training will be offered)

  • Your background

  • Experience in operating various handling equipment (skill/certification cards, an asset) and openness to learn to operate a forklift
  • Ability to lift average loads (max. 50 pounds)
  • Comfortable with various computer platforms to carry out transactions (basic knowledge of AS-400 and TOPS, an asset)
  • Ability to work standing, and do physical work
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Autonomous, responsible, ability to work under pressure (promised dates)
  • French or English, spoken and written
  • Available for overtime
