We are currently looking for a Manager, Digtial Strategy & Optimization, to take on a new role within our Digital Marketing team at IGM. You will work closely with business partners across the IG Wealth Management and Mackenzie Investments marketing teams.

What you’ll do day-to-day:
Focus on performance and segmentation analytics to optimize paid, owned, and earned channels
Leverage our marketing technology stack (Adobe Analytics/Adobe Audience Market/Adobe Target, etc.) to improve metrics and outcomes across all areas of the marketing funnel
Work with brand teams and external agencies to support the reporting and optimization of paid media campaigns
Work with UX and Digital Product Management to inform where media spend is converting and where site improvements are required to improve conversion.
Inform multi-channel strategies based on data insights and opportunities
Measure and drive insights from analytics on journey KPIs to inform owned channel improvements (e.g., content, copy, UX, CTAs)
Collaborate with digital product and tech enablement teams to define valuable audience segments from multiple data for use across public and secure websites, as well as paid media campaigns
Work with data science to validate effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to improve marketing ROI and user experience
Implement data driven measurement strategies, connecting digital outcomes with business objectives
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing/Business/Science or a relevant discipline
5 years+ experience in digital marketing within financial services preferred
Possesses advanced knowledge of paid media digital channels – Search, Programmatic, Email, and Social
A passion for analytics, and strong ability to interpret data
Aptitude for turning data into storytelling; using facts to effectively communicate strategic direction and opportunity
Deep knowledge of Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics and their application for measurement across the spectrum of digital marketing initiatives
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Project management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Highly motivated individual with willingness to take initiative
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Nice to have: Media Agency experience in media platforms
