General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

Support the direct supervisor by assisting with work organization and operational planning of unit activities.

Develop, implement and track your administrative unit's action plan in keeping with the organization's strategic directions and in alignment with the other administrative units, with a view to managing performance.

Apply management and communication practices in support of change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, engagement and diversity, in keeping with the organization's values.

Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit's services to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction.

Support your administrative unit's action plan by managing individual and team performance.

Promote Desjardins Group's cooperative values.

Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum of six years of relevant experience
