You are responsible for overseeing your group’s service offer and for developing and implementing its business plan. General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

  • Support the direct supervisor by assisting with work organization and operational planning of unit activities.
  • Develop, implement and track your administrative unit's action plan in keeping with the organization's strategic directions and in alignment with the other administrative units, with a view to managing performance.
  • Apply management and communication practices in support of change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, engagement and diversity, in keeping with the organization's values.
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit's services to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction.
  • Support your administrative unit's action plan by managing individual and team performance.
  • Promote Desjardins Group's cooperative values.
  • Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
