Summary

This role will report directly to the Manager of WorkLife Services and Insurance Referrals, on the Clinical and Professional Services team. The key responsibilities are broken down below, by team.

Insurance Referral Services

It is our mission to ensure that our clients receive the support they need when they need it. Our insurance referral team helps clients by navigating their coverage options and sourcing the right mental health professionals for their long-term needs.

  • Lead a team of Insurance coordinators in Canada and the US.
  • Effectively manage the volume of requests, and work closely with the direct leader to ensure that the team is properly staffed.
  • When team growth is required, assist with the interview and selection process, and successfully onboard newly hired employees.
  • Manage individual employee performance, and conduct ongoing check-ins, performance reviews, and carry through performance management plans when required. Continue to focus on and drive team engagement by being an effective change management agent, an active participant in employee development, and a collaborative team member inside and outside of your direct group.
  • Consistency in meeting established objectives and achieving key metrics. This would also include the creation of new metrics, or revision wherever changing goals are presented.
  • Work with the direct leader in preparing the rollup of performance outcomes to senior leadership teams.
  • Worklife and Family Support Services

    Our WorkLife Services aim to support clients with their needs that may or may not be directly related to their mental health concerns. Included within this category, is the Family Support and Research Team, whose objectives include equipping clients with the resources they need to make the right decisions for themselves and their families.

  • Lead a team of Family Support and Research Specialists within Canada, the US, and the UK, with a growth mindset of establishing teams abroad.
  • Ensure that established metrics are being achieved, and support in the creation of new targets where ever change and improvement can be found
  • Oversee the maintenance and growth of the Research Database
  • When team growth is required, assist with the interview and selection process, and successfully onboard newly hired employees.
  • Manage individual employee performance, and conduct ongoing check-ins, performance reviews, and carry through performance management plans when required. Continue to focus on and drive team engagement by being an effective change management agent, an active participant in employee development, and a collaborative team member inside and outside of your direct group.
  • When needed, support with the administration of WorkLIfe Vendors, and act as a support to the Manager of Worklife services whenever needed.
  • Ongoing project participation as a subject matter expert whereby WorkLife services are represented and positioned strategically, to support the growth of the overall business
  • Respond to questions presented by the RFP team, and work with the direct leader to be an effective contributor in written tasks
  • Contribute to discussions around automation and systems improvement, and act as a User Acceptance Tester during new launches
