Associate Project Coordinator, Engagement Group

The Associate Project Coordinator, Engagement Group is a key support for the wider Engagement Group team, touching all areas related to the daily management of Engagement Group activities, including team coordination, administration, and project support and tracking.

What you will do

  • Coordinate Engagement Group activities, such as internal initiatives, projects, group meetings and social/employee engagement activities
  • Provide support where needed across multiple agency projects, such as setting up and managing web meetings, project testing and feedback, coordinating roles and responsibilities, research, and planning
  • Support with new business initiatives, including coordination, research, and collation of content
  • When required, prepare reports, presentations or summaries of research
  • Support creation of project timelines and estimates
  • Develop an understanding of medical communications and the project types worked on across the Engagement Group
  • Keep up to date with trends in digital and creative and proactively identify areas of opportunity for the group
  • Take accountability for your own time and effective prioritization of your tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that quality deliverables meet required standards
  • Undertake tasks outside of the specifics of the job description where business reasons require it
  • Communicate proactively, clearly and in a timely fashion
  • Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral), and analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects and tasks at the same time

  • Sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Highly organized, and have the ability to manage workload, manage time, and prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; some social media and digital platform knowledge is a plus
  • Degree in life sciences or liberal arts, marketing, or communications preferred. Interest in medical science and pharmaceutical marketing a plus
