Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for presenting the current tools to our internal plan administrators and customers at the beginning of the project
  • Responsible for documenting all changes to the tools requested by the client to clarify and confirm all needs, to have these needs estimated, and to provide these estimates to the client teams for their management with the client.
  • Obtain final approval from the client on the needs expressed and heard regarding the tools
  • Determines a project plan and a target date for production start-up, in collaboration with various collaborators.
  • Responsible for monitoring project delivery dates and informs the client team or project manager of progress according to the progress provided by the various teams.
  • Creation of all necessary work orders: for tool configuration, changes to functionality, or even the addition of a new tool
  • Monitor the execution of internal and client tests
  • Updating of requirements throughout the correction of defects during internal and customer tests when necessary

  • Succeeding as Business Specialist of installation of DB WEB tools will require the core qualifications and skills :

  • University degree in actuarial science, computer science or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in project management or pension plan administration.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of current computer technologies and an interest in the WEB;
  • Recognized for his sense of organization, anticipation, and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
  • Have great autonomy in his work and be able to direct projects according to budgets and constraints.
  • Be bilingual, both orally and in writing;
  • Experience as a business analyst;
