Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative in Mississauga, Ontario for our client in the Pharmaceutical industry.


  • Quickly and effectively assess and resolve challenging situations
  • Effectively learn and use the fulfillment software and available resources to meet the patient’s needs
  • Identify gaps in process and areas for potential errors and suggest changes to workflow
  • Understand and adhere fully to Health Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR)
  • Demonstrate professional integrity and practice within legal requirements and ethical principles
  • Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Fluent French & English) – Conversational and Written
  • Post-secondary degree
  • 3+ years of Patient Contact Centre Support or Contact Centre Customer Service experience required
  • Commitment to providing exceptional Patient Support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working at an ACMPR approved producer is an asset
