Reporting to the Project Manager, the Customer Relations Liaison will be responsible to answer customer queries and/or complaints providing information on construction activities and final restoration issues. The successful candidate must be available to work various shifts including evenings and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Phone calls and face to face concurrences for construction activities with property owners.
  • Provide information to customer in a courteous and professional manner
  • Enter and track data into a tablet in the field
  • Follow Aecon’s corporate health & safety program
  • Adhere to Aecon’s Site Policy & Procedures Manual and Environmental Policies
  • Be an ambassador of the company both internally and externally
  • Driving and travel across Winnipeg
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

    • Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and rotational weekends
  • High level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement
  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to walk for long periods of time
  • Background in sales and construction is an asset
  • Must hold valid driver’s license (G Class) and access to own vehicle
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project and Excel skills
