Adecco is currently hiring for multiple entry level Banking Officers to work in Toronto, ON . To qualify for the Banking Officer role, you must have previous data entry or banking experience, the ability to attend 2 weeks in-person training onsite in Toronto, ON as well as be able to work a rotational schedule of Monday-Friday 7:30AM-12:00AM / Saturdays 7:30AM-8:00PM & Stat Holidays as needed.

This is a 6-months contract full time position with the possibility of extension and becoming permanent, paying $17/hr.

Banking Officer Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet aggressive Service Level Agreements to fund new deals
  • Ensure accuracy in processing to eliminate errors and dealer irritants
  • Maintain product knowledge for all products/services offered.

    • Banking Officer Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year administrative experience or funding experience in a banking environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) is mandatory
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to analyze documents for accuracy, authenticity and acceptability
  • Successful completion of High School required.
