Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Sales Administrator you are responsible for supporting the new home sales process. You will provide administrative support to the sales department and ensure efficient flow of sales documentation and information. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Responding to sales team requests. Running reports and assisting with process improvements and tracking of key sales metrics.
Reviewing, processing and tracking all sales related documentation such as sales offers, addendums, deposits, cancellations and lot holds.
Communicating with customers, ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
Acting as a conduit between the sales and production teams to ensuring smooth and efficient transfer of information, tracking of project files and resolving issues when needed.
Performing other administrative tasks such as drafting communication, coordinating show home set-up, cleaning and maintenance as well as distribution of inventory and sales materials.
Providing other administrative support as required.

Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant or sales administration experience.

Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience using CRM or sales software (Lasso, Avesdo, NewStar, LotWorks, etc.).
