Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk candidate for a leading bank in Downtown, Toronto. The successful candidate will have strong customer support/service skills, excellent communication skills, and is process oriented. The current team handles around 50-150 calls per day, and must be comfortable working some weekends.

Minimum Requirements

-1-2 years' experience with Help Desk / Desk Side Support
-Previous Level 1 Help Desk Support/technical support
-Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
-Ability to work some evenings/weekends
-Excellent customer service skills over the phone

Desired Skills

-Bilingual in French
-ITIL Certified
-Previous financial industry experience
-ServiceNow ticketing system experience
