This role requires access to a vehicle. The number of hours required per week will be dependent on event schedules, but will vary from 0 to 20 hours per week, based on your availability.

As location will vary per event, sometimes including multiple locations per shift, you will need to have transportation to drive to different locations within your city, and will be reimbursed mileage over and above what you would normally drive to the office.

  • Local Experiential Marketing Events: The coordinators will speak to current and potential customers about our products and services. This shift will include event set-up and tear down.
  • Door Warming: Meeting with customers, or potential customers, at their homes to deliver a gift/message on behalf of our team. This may include a thank you and/or did you know note. This role does not include sales, but an opportunity to inform the public about our products and services.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Pick up required collateral, swag, gifts or event equipment as required;
  • Set up table or booth for events in accordance with our brand's standards;
  • Seek and engage with event attendees;
  • Help run any activations, take contest entries, etc.;
  • Dismantle table/booth post-event and return materials as per arrangements;
  • Conduct door warming activities: Engage in conversations with anyone who passes through the door in accordance with directions;Answer any questions;Promote products to prospects/customers;Collect information regarding interest in or frustration towards our brand to enable follow up by various teams.

  • 1-2 years of event, sales or customer service experience;
  • High School diploma and some post-secondary education (i.e., Marketing, Sales);
  • Ability to travel and work unconventional hours;
  • Must have access to a vehicle 24/7;
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills;
  • Comfortable with technology;
  • Motivated to meet personal and event goals;
  • Desire to: work in a team and a fast-paced environment;"roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic;
  • Problem solver and forward thinker;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to maintain a positive demeanour;
  • Second language capabilities such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Tagalog or another second language (preferred);
