As a Learning and Development Analyst for our North American Headquarters district office in Edmonton, AB, you will contribute to our team by:
Providing overall support and maintenance for learning & development solutions, specifically our learning management system (LMS), Cornerstone on Demand.
Supporting innovative delivery of eLearning via the LMS
Resolving tier II business processes related system support issues
Analyzing data from a variety of user/learner feedback channels to develop business and system recommendations specific to learning and development within the organization.
Producing company-wide reports from multiple systems for stakeholders and executives
Eliciting and validating business requirements with user representatives and stakeholders (using interviews, software analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, etc.)
Managing user groups by conducting regular update meetings and promoting collaboration among members
Assisting with the identification of opportunities for improved innovation of existing and future business applications and processes and make recommendations for implementation.
Developing and deliver communications as necessary for projects, improvements, and support, including creating and updated business process documentation.
Conducting needs analysis to identify learning trends future learning needs and ROI of learning.
What you will bring to the role:
A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst
Post-secondary education in information management, information technology, business administration, business analysis or computing science
Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook and MS Teams
Experience with management or implementation of a learning management system
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to be flexible, organized, and maintain attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in a team or individual environment
Experience in Learning and Development will be considered an asset
