Our client, a well-known company located in the Financial District of Toronto, is currently looking for an Office Manager.
Responsible for overall infrastructure management and day-to-day operations of the office; Initial Training and onboarding new hires, preparing orientation packages and assisting with other HR functions; Manage executive schedule and act as a liaison for the executive team; Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner; Lead various projects in collaboration with the marketing department; Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings; Make travel and accommodation arrangements; Helping prepare for meetings; Format information for internal and external communication; Screening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence; Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation; Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed; Any other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work indepently; English proficiency; Excellent decision-making skills and sense of priorities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Proactive problem-solving approach; Strong sense of teamwork.
