Our client, a well-known company located in the Financial District of Toronto, is currently looking for an Office Manager.


  • Responsible for overall infrastructure management and day-to-day operations of the office;
  • Initial Training and onboarding new hires, preparing orientation packages and assisting with other HR functions;
  • Manage executive schedule and act as a liaison for the executive team;
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Lead various projects in collaboration with the marketing department;
  • Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings;
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Helping prepare for meetings;
  • Format information for internal and external communication;
  • Screening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence;
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation;
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed;
  • Any other related tasks.

  • Ability to work indepently;
  • English proficiency;
  • Excellent decision-making skills and sense of priorities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Proactive problem-solving approach;
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
