What you'll do:
Under the supervision of the Chief, Contract Management Services, you will provide support to the Contracting team such as:
•assisting in issuing purchases orders or contract,
•creating entries in the financial system,
•coordinating services for all incoming client requests and inquiries,
•overseeing and managing the acquisition card program,
•Informing clients on purchasing and/or contracting policies, processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:
College Diploma or equivalent education, experience and job knowledge
Experience:
•At least one-year of client service or sales experience within the last three years
Knowledge of:
•Basic software, such as MS Office suite
Language Requirement:
•Bilingual imperative with proficiency at BBB level.

Asset Qualification:
