The Senior Wholesale Case Associate is responsible for the prompt, accurate and complete end-to-end processing of life, LTC and critical illness insurance applications submitted by our 3P Distribution channel. The Senior Wholesale Case Associate is also responsible to provide advisors with proactive and consistent information they need while contributing to an exceptional service experience. Proactive communication and anticipating the needs of the advisors is an essential part of the exceptional service experience. This includes ensuring administrative and premium requirements are received, ordering underwriting requirements, and making changes to the policy as requested by the advisor prior to mailing the policy. The Senior Wholesale Case Associate ensures the accurate production of a policy contract for delivery to the advisors, processes the settle requirements and payments once accepted. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
