Our Outside Sales Rep gets us in the race, next the Estimator grabs the baton and positions us competitively, the Project Coordinator solidifies our place, and drives home the win for our customer! We pass the baton but remain on the field to cheer, support and celebrate together.

    Job Duties:

  • Create Raving Fans and lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Be a resource for our customers to utilize and trust.
  • Understand the risks and potential challenges for each project.
  • Find ways to minimize challenges for production.
  • Set-up every booking with accuracy and details to ensure clear, specific and accurate information is recorded and available to be passed along the process.
  • Empathize with our clients. Look at the project from their point of view. By viewing things from our client’s perspective, we can ask the right questions and solve the correct problems.
  • Manage inquiries and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure client expectations are in line with reality. A gap between expectations and reality always leads to issues on the project.
  • Be an expert on the products/services on the jobs you are running. If you aren’t an expert on something learn by asking someone who is or researching the subject.
  • Eliminate surprises to our clients. Be proactive using excellent communication to keep our client in the loop at all times.
  • Participate in continuous improvement. As a company we are always working to get better. We will only improve when our employees contribute to this effort.
  • Be an advocate for growth and improvement. Encourage and support those with new and innovative ideas.
  • Work as a team. Be a valuable team member. Help others, share knowledge, participate in meetings, focus on team success not individual success.

  • Ensure all details of the customer requirements are accurately recorded on orders.
  • Perform general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure order specific information is readily available.
