Our client in Toronto is looking for a Legal Assistant with prior experience in Litigation, preferably in Civil law. This position will be remote

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the senior Partner's calendar, book and organize meetings, assist with meeting preparations, and other tasks as required.

Assist Associates with their legal requirements as needed.

Help prepare documents, agreements, letters, correspondence, etc.

Assist with files from open to close.

Complete billings for Lawyers.

Other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications and Experience

Have 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Litigation law.

Civil Litigation experience is considered a very strong asset.

Must be able to complete billings and have prior experience in doing so.

Proficient in MS Office suite.
