RC322942 Sales Enablement & Learning Specialist (Open)Sales Enablement & Learning Specialist We’re looking for a Sales Performance & Development Specialist and we promise it’s a really fun role! You get to: Lead the roll out and implementation of a Sales Enablement platform for FedEx Express Canada. Manage platform integration including all aspects of project management, loading sales collateral, and influencing internal clients to use platform as an innovative form of communication. Provide one-on-one best practices coaching/guidance to sales professionals through regular joint sales calls. This job might be for you if you: Develop implements, maintain and monitors performance development initiatives and evaluate results. Analyze, test, pilot programs and other performance data to determine adequacy of curriculum and/or evaluation method. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and lead the coordination and implementation of these performance development initiatives/tools to the sales department. And - we'd love if you’re really good at the below as well: Actively work with internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to streamline Sales processes/reduce redundancies to minimize corrupt sell time. Lead all Canadian Sales training initiatives, including recommendations to Sales management to address sales training related problems/opportunities. Develops business cases as required (cost/benefit). So what do you need to do all of this? How about...
