Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with managing their commercial Real Estate properties.
We are looking for someone trustworthy, kind, dependable, highly organized, and highly personable.
Our client owns and manages commercial and residential properties across the GTA. They are looking for a dependable person to assist in the day to day management and communication with staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure a smooth operation across all properties. The nature of the work allows for consistent variety so that nothing gets mundane. The manager is very nice, social, and helpful. They are hoping to have someone work with them long-term to assist with the day-to-day administrative needs.
About this role:
- $20 / Hour
- Hours: 9:30am - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday
- 30 Hours a week
- Located in Leslieville, East Toronto, Ontario
- Very close to all Transit options
- Free Parking on Site
- Required to work in Office, only 1 other person regularly works in the office
- Very Good customer service skills and personality
- Strong communication skills : Both verbal and written
- Computer skills - MS Office (word, excel)
- Able to work independently and with a small team
- Able to manage & coordinate schedules and get things done
- Previous Real Estate experience is a bonus, not required
- Record transactions
- Respond to customer, tenant, and vendor inquires
- Be the first point of contact for the company
- Assist manager as required
