    Working with one of our leading financial clients, this is an exciting opportunity for a Process Change Manager-Green Belt who has strong facilitation and consensus-building skills. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a relationship management /consultant type role that is responsible for delivering results.


  • Build effective relationships with key business partners within and across business units
  • Manage and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Gather data to be analyzed, using statistical tools
  • Recommend solutions to improve quality and eliminate waste
  • Independently lead small to medium scale projects
  • Lead/Manage Project teams
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions
  • Achieve assigned Savings targets/benefits via execution of Six Sigma projects
  • Monthly project reporting of Savings within the designated project management system
  • Prioritize and manage their own workload in order to deliver results
  • Desired Skill-Set:

  • Green Belt Certification (proof of certification and practical application of skill sets is required)
  • Minimum 2 years of active experience as a process engineer
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated history of being self-motivated, creative, energetic and results-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable communicating to all levels within the organization including senior executives
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills
  • Well-developed analytical abilities: must be comfortable with data and statistics
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Takes initiative to creatively resolve issues and find solutions
  • Proven ability to see business processes through a customer lens
  • Experience leader in Change management, who enjoys process improvement, and has proven abilities in establishing and developing relationships
  • Committed to executing with excellence while delivering results within aggressive timelines
  • Flexibility to travel is required for this role
  • Proficient in Minitab, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft suite of software including Teams
