Job Description

We are looking for our new Product Manager, Insights to join our growing Product team. You will play a key part in leading a world-class team in our efforts to deeply understand our customers, ultimately bringing key insights to the surface that will drive strategic business decisions.
As our Product Manager, Insights you are a strong believer in creating the best user experience for our customers while demonstrating your ability to think critically and analytically. This role will be an integral part of Numerator’s future growth and the Insights platform will be the analytical engine of the company for business insights and decision making.

What you'll get to do

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for Insights based on your research, relationship management, data analysis, and industry knowledge.
  • Partner with the VP of Product, Insights for developing the strategy.
  • Become a close partner, advocate, and a go to authority for internal and external stakeholders on the Voice of Customer, user pain points, product roadmap, and feature releases.
  • Go deep on understanding Numerator’s products, markets, use cases, customers, and market trends. Develop frameworks to synthesize this understanding into insights for the business.
  • Clearly and concisely present strategic recommendations to senior leaders and explain assumptions and methodologies to colleagues in other departments.
  • Work cross-functionally in an extremely collaborative environment with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, and customer support teams.
  • Understand Numerator’s evolving strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry.
  • Skills & Requirements

    What you bring

  • Years of comparable product management experience, including both B2B and consumer product management.
  • You have a passion and a vision for generating formative and evaluative insights in the intersection of marketing and product development.
  • Proven expertise in leading insights-driven campaigns/product launches from definition to execution, driving impact, and influencing product and marketing decision-making.
  • Creative thinker who can come up with new ideas or build on existing ones (a basic understanding of design thinking principles is a plus).
  • Strong user empathy and previous experience working on user-facing and product flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evangelize the use of data for sound decision making across functions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with, and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Highly autonomous, versatile, self-directed, intellectually curious within a dynamic and fast-paced organization that’s constantly changing.
  • Creative and resourceful when it comes to problem-solving.
  • A passionate can-do attitude. You are not afraid to try, learn, and improve.
  • Nice to haves

  • Understanding of AI, machines learning tools that can help glean insights faster.
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with Data Science fundamentals and statistics.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other big data technologies.
