Details of the responsibilities of this position include: Provide technical support to local dairy advisors;Visits dairy farmers (customers and prospects) to provide solutions tailored to their needsTeaching and supporting dairy representativesDiagnosing and solving technical problems faced by our clients in dairy herdsDesigning and/or verifying feed programs for dairy farmers according to demand Promote ADM/Wisium's value-added products and services to our current and future milling partners.Work with assigned partners to organize animal feed training meetings and activities to share and promote ADM/Wisium's innovations and research results in the marketplace. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dairy farmers to improve the profitability of their business through the economic analysis tools available at ADMEconomic analysis at dairy farms (an asset)Requirements for this position include: Member of l’Ordre des agronomes du QuébecMinimum of 5 years of experience in the dairy sectorAutonomy and well organized (time management) Fluent in English (a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and team workAble to develop business and maintain his customersCustomer oriented and deliver results.Capacity to solve problems and good judgment.Computer knowledges : Word, Excell, Power Point etcWe offer a complete benefit package, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance.
