A degree in Mechanical Engineering, professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer or previous experience with CAD/PLM solutions.
Deep expertise with at least one CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, NX or CATIA) and PDM/PLM (SolidWorks PDM, 3DX, Teamcenter or Windchill) system with intimate knowledge of how the tools work at an implementation level.
Previous experience working in a technical sales / customer success role in selling complex software to engineering teams.
Ability to convey complex technical information in an easily understandable way for various audiences.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Enjoys working with and motivating others to solve complex problems.
Natural relationship builder with leadership experience coaching and mentoring others.
Passionate about providing better solutions to engineers to solve their problems.
Previous experience working at a growing startup would be an asset.
Previous experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise would be an asset.
