Responsibilities

  • Site Superintendent responsibilities responsibility for all site activities
  • Manage the safety program, in collaboration with the CSO and HSE Manager, as per WSB
  • Sequence and manage the trades and vendors
  • Lead site meetings
  • Work closely with Project Manager in managing the consultant team, budget, inspections, permits, etc
  • Arrange and manage the inspections from the city
  • Provide value engineering, problem-solving, etc
  • Pre-construction, scheduling, as required
  • Provide excellent site leadership at all times
    • Requirements
  • Experience as the lead Site Superintendent on institutional projects
